The best cake workshop I’ve ever taken!

I took a 2 days personal workshop with Heather and it was probably the best cake workshop I ever took! To begin with, she spent 1 hour with me on zoom understanding my business goals and learning needs to come up with a custom plan. She even helped me add certain things which she thought I needed and probably those things today help me the most.

On meeting her and the team, they all were extremely nice and welcoming. I got to first hand see how a professional bakery is setup and they were very transparent about their challenges and growth. We did 3 skills and she helped me from design to execution to photography. I think the most important skill I learnt were how to design and decorate cakes faster: I wont give much details but it has improved and sped up my process 5x.

She was very transparent on how to deal with customers, constructive reviews, business challenges, her growth and gave me great insights into all aspects of her work.
