Meet Heather

Heather’s approach to cake design combines her education in art, passion for food, and boundless creativity. While studying at the University of Michigan, a transformative trip to Florence shifted her focus from classic art to culinary artistry and she hasn’t looked back since.

As the founder and lead designer of Sweet Heather Anne, Heather sees each cake as a creative challenge. She loves working with her incredibly talented team to push the boundaries of cake design.
